Blake Bristow

Blake Bristow is a Founding Partner of Three Link Solutions, bringing more than thirty years of experience across operations, customer service, human resources, consulting and technology services.

Before co-founding Three Link Solutions in 2017, Blake served as Vice President of Workday Global Application Management and Employee Services for a Workday ecosystem partner. In that role, he built and led one of the ecosystem’s largest AMS teams, supporting hundreds of Workday customers worldwide through three service centers. Known for his hands-on leadership, Blake focused on developing high-performing Workday Certified Consultants through targeted evaluation, hiring and coaching—driving team performance with clear goals, accountability and a commitment to consultant success.

Earlier in his career, Blake spent nearly two decades with a leading restaurant brand in roles spanning call center operations, franchise IT support, new store concepts, national projects and store operations.

Drawing on his deep Workday expertise and long-standing ecosystem relationships, Blake co-founded Three Link Solutions with a vision to connect customers with seasoned consultants who can address common post–go-live challenges and help organizations unlock the full potential of their Workday investment.
