Bryan Bacon

Bryan Bacon serves as Vice President of Activation at Three Link Solutions, bringing over 11 years of Workday experience to his leadership role. He focuses on delivering strategic initiatives designed for small and medium-sized businesses, partnering closely with customers and internal teams to expand offerings, maximize impact and support growth throughout the Workday journey.

Before joining Three Link Solutions, Bryan spent more than a decade at Workday in roles across Customer Success, Strategy and Enablement. He played a key role in scaling the Foundation Tenant Service team from 10 to 75 members across the U.S. and Dublin, Ireland, and later concentrated on innovative implementation approaches to help reduce deployment costs and streamline activations.

Bryan is passionate about helping organizations realize the full value of Workday. He is known for combining strategic vision with operational discipline and a strong commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
