Greg Knowlton

Greg Knowlton is a Founding Partner of Three Link Solutions, bringing more than thirty years of leadership experience in human resources, operations, financial management, and change management.

Before co-founding Three Link Solutions in 2017, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Workday Global BPaaS Operations for a hypergrowth Workday Ecosystem Partner. In that role, he led global outsourcing operations, delivering payroll, benefits, and application management outsourcing services to more than 400 Workday clients through an innovative business process as a service (BPaaS) model. This experience strengthened his passion for the Workday ecosystem and his deep appreciation for the exceptional talent that drives it.

Greg established Three Link Solutions on the belief that a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. The firm’s mission is to serve as the critical connector between Workday customers and top-tier Workday professionals. Under his leadership, the company has built its reputation on innovation, delivering solutions that drive Workday success for businesses of all sizes.
