JV Lavery serves as Vice President of Consultant Success at Three Link Solutions, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in Human Capital Management, Financial, Clinical, Information Technology, and Enterprise Resource Planning staffing. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the success of the firm’s consultant community while advancing client outcomes through the deployment of highly skilled Workday professionals.

Prior to joining Three Link Solutions, JV established a strong track record in talent acquisition for leading ERP platforms, including Oracle and SAP. Recognizing the growing importance of Workday, he launched and scaled a specialized practice dedicated to the platform, building one of the industry’s most comprehensive networks of Workday-experienced consultants. Under his leadership, the practice supported organizations of all sizes—from Fortune 10 enterprises to emerging companies—enabling them to maximize the value of their Workday HCM and Financials investments.
