Mike Poarch

Mike Poarch serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Three Link Solutions, bringing more than twenty-five years of executive leadership, including over fifteen years in the Workday ecosystem, to his role. He leads all strategy, sales, marketing, partner, and alliance initiatives, with a clear focus on helping customers simplify their Workday experience and maximize return on investment.

Prior to joining Three Link Solutions, Mike spent twelve years with a hypergrowth Workday Ecosystem Partner, where he led global sales across Workday’s platform. He later served as Chief Revenue Officer for a Silicon Valley–based AI recruiting technology company, gaining firsthand insight into how innovation can drive efficiency and transform the way organizations find and retain talent.

Mike is committed to helping Workday customers move beyond using Workday transactionally to unlocking its strategic potential. He believes cost should never be a barrier to innovation and champions Three Link’s ability to make Workday more accessible through offerings like Workday GO, which accelerates deployments for small and medium-sized businesses, and Packaged Solutions, which provide customers with low-cost, high-impact tools to drive immediate value.
