Austin McComas brings seven (7) years’ experience in data management system implementation, system integrations, data analytics, human capital management and financials recruiting to his role as Consultant Success Executive, Workday Services for Three Link Solutions.
Throughout his career, Austin has fostered a love for innovative and evolving technologies. He began by implementing a new data management system for the University of New Haven, and learned several key aspects about implementations that he would carry with him throughout his career. These key learnings included the value of creating synergies between various internal departments, breaking down communication barriers, integrating new processes across disparate and antiquated systems, and defining metrics around data accuracy to ensure success. From there, he honed his Workday experience as a Senior Recruiter with a penchant for sourcing key Workday talent.
Austin believes in the value of strong leadership, its need for evolution and challenges himself to be a better leader each day within his own life and career. These values fuel his love for working at Three Link Solutions as he continually has the ability to both mentor and learn from his colleagues and customers alike.
